A simple rhythm of planning, nourishing and checking in โ wrapped around your real life.
Coaching begins by understanding your story โ your birth (vaginal or cesarean), how you're healing, your feeding journey, your support at home, and how you're really doing. This is judgment-free; it's the foundation for a plan that fits your life.
Next comes a clear recovery plan and warming meal plans built on the sitting-month method โ iron- and protein-rich soups, broths, porridges and recovery teas that rebuild your body and steady your mood, matched to your birth type and preferences. The goal is nourishing food on hand with as little cooking from you as possible.
Coaching lives in the follow-through. Regular check-ins keep you accountable to rest and nourishment, adjust the plan as your baby (and body) change, celebrate wins, and answer the questions that come up at 2 a.m. If something needs a doctor or therapist, your coach helps you get there.
As you find your feet, coaching shifts toward rebuilding strength and energy and returning to yourself โ on your timeline, not a rushed โbounce-back.โ

Coaching starts with understanding your birth, healing and support, then builds a personalized recovery plan and warming meal plans, followed by regular check-ins for accountability, adjustments and encouragement through the fourth trimester.
It varies, but coaching commonly spans the fourth trimester (the first ~12 weeks) and sometimes beyond, as the mother rebuilds strength and energy at her own pace.
